Service Description
This is when we go over your intake form and get to know you and your training goals before meeting your dog. This helps us to determine the best way to get your dog started on their training journey.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and you may need to reschedule. If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, your appointment may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be credited back to your account. Exceptions for emergencies or illness may be made at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible if such circumstances arise.
