Service Description
Behaviors can shift over time with changes in age, environment, and a variety of other factors. Continued support calls are for when you need a little help when changes occur, but aren't sure if you need to book a full lesson.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and you may need to reschedule. If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, your appointment may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be credited back to your account. Exceptions for emergencies or illness may be made at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible if such circumstances arise.
